Key Features
High-quality construction for maximum efficiency
Compressed heating elements ensure efficient heat transfer and longer life. Coils are made of Nichrome 80/20 or Kanthal based on application.
Heater tube sheath is made of S.S. 304 / INCONEL 600 Grade. Insulation uses imported High-grade MgO powder for excellent electrical insulation.
Features S.S. Terminal pins to stop fusing & burning. Terminal pins use SS304 Grade with 6mm brass bolts and nickel plating.
Designed for quick heating, making it economical and power-saving. Simple and easy replaceability of individual elements.
Center supporting rod made of M.S. for low power and S.S. for high power heaters, ensuring the product is long-lasting and effective.
