Our Hot Runner Heaters are constructed with nickel-chrome resistance wire housed in chrome-nickel steel tubes and filled with compacted 3L Purity powder for rapid heat transfer. These heaters are annealed for maximum malleability, allowing them to be bent into any required shape. Featuring diverse cross-sections, inner brass components, and outer stainless steel covers, they provide optimal thermal conductivity and durability.
